Our own personal histories are intertwined with Moab and this rugged terrain, which has led to careful consideration for every single design, development, and landscaping decision.
An idyllic place to return to after the day’s explorations are through, Lionsback Resort is an adventurer’s daydream brought to life. Offering 188 timeless, contemporary two-, three- and four-bedroom residential Casitas, a private recreational club, a proposed hotel, and boundless desert beauty as far as the eye can see, it’s a remarkable place to discover and rediscover both the great outdoors and yourself.
Led by a team with over 60+ years of collective development experience, the land is in exceptional hands. We’ve collaborated closely with the City of Moab to create the Sensitive Area Resort (SAR) zoning and Master Plan Development (MPD) process that assures every inch of land we touch is treated with steadfast respect for its past, present, and future.
The Moab resort we’ve built is grounded in deep appreciation for our community and planet. From water source protection plans that protect the regional water supply and indigenous plant life to minimal outdoor landscaping and dark sky lighting, every choice we make is intended to uphold the beauty, integrity, and longevity of this precious place.
